“I wanna attend the conference but I don’t have the money :( “
Dear friends and family, I know many of you have asked why Twins of Faith Malaysia is selling tickets for RM200 this year..
Firstly, we’ve got a great line-up of esteemed speakers. Among them is Dr. Al- ‘Arifi from Saudi and Ustadh Yusha Evans from the USA. Our performers include Hollywood comedian & Chris Tucker’s double in Rush Hour- Omar Regan. And local homeboy Shezat. We also have a number of exciting new programs such as the Art Gallery and Youth Zone! Our bazaars are going to be much BIGGER and BETTER. We promise you more engaging and informative workshops. Plus, we are expecting 5000 people max inshaAllah. Oh, and did I forget to mention Marriage Corner? Yeap. You better start signing up, all you singles. (Must be serious, though. No fooling around.)
Students, if you feel that this is going to benefit you a lot in both the short and long run, then go for it. Save up and invest a little. What more better way to spend your weekend? This is a great opportunity to hear and gain knowledge from more knowledgable individuals than you and I combined (possibly)! And not only that, don’t miss out on the opportunity to mix around with like-minded people. Just imagine how more wonderful the two days will be- you’ll be constantly engaged in beneficial and stimulating talk with people from all walks of life.
Last year, some even travelled from neighbouring countries just to attend the conference. We hope to see more of that this year!! Remember, where there is a will, there is a way. And you’re going to find it. (sell cookies? :) )
Ask someone who went to the conference last year if they got their money’s worth. We are not a money-making organisation. When we put a price on a seat, there is a lot of cost that is covered to grant you satisfaction and to ensure the smooth-running of the event.
Think about it. RM200. Once a year. To meet and gain from the Shuyukh who come all the way from various parts of the globe! And you get to make new friends.. and possibly if you’re destined to meet ‘the one’…- a life partner!
